1. Introduction

Welcome to Righteous Consultant. By using our credit repair and business funding services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Our goal is to provide professional, legal, and ethical credit repair services based on consumer protection laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

We take every reasonable measure to dispute and challenge inaccurate, incomplete, and unverifiable negative accounts on your credit report. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as credit repair outcomes depend on the credit bureaus, creditors, and third-party agencies.

2. No Guarantee Disclaimer

Righteous Consultant commits to using legally compliant methods to dispute negative information on your credit report. However, credit bureaus, creditors, and financial institutions have the final say in whether an item is removed or updated. Because of this:

  • We do not guarantee the removal of any specific account.

  • We cannot guarantee how long the dispute process will take.

  • We do not promise a specific credit score increase.

By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that credit repair is a process and not an overnight fix. While we have successfully helped clients remove negative items, every situation is different, and results vary.

3. No Refund Policy

Because our services involve the use of time, resources, and legally compliant dispute processes, all payments are final and non-refundable once services have begun. This includes:

  • Initial consultations and assessments.

  • Credit repair services, including dispute submissions and document processing.

  • Business funding positioning and consultation.

If you are making payments on a service plan, failure to complete payments may result in service termination.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to dispute a charge after agreeing to our no-refund policy may result in legal action. If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible outcome, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and financial information.

  • Respond promptly to requests for documents or verifications.

  • Not engage in fraudulent behavior (such as creating false identities or misrepresenting financial history).

Failure to follow these guidelines may negatively impact your results, and Righteous Consultant is not liable for any failure to remove negative items due to client non-compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Righteous Consultant, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of creditworthiness due to client actions outside of our control (e.g., late payments, new debt, collections, etc.).

  • Any denial of business funding based on creditworthiness or lender policies.

  • Any adverse financial decisions made based on the belief that credit repair alone guarantees approval for loans or funding.

By using our services, you waive your right to hold Righteous Consultant liable for outcomes beyond our control.

6. Legal Compliance

Righteous Consultant follows all applicable laws related to credit repair and financial services. We do not engage in credit profile number (CPN) schemes, falsified credit reports, or illegal credit repair tactics.

7. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for services with Righteous Consultant, you agree to this No Refund Policy, No Guarantee Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability Agreement.
