CROA Compliant Policy
Effective Date
February 20, 2025
1. Compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
Righteous Consultant is committed to full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
To ensure legal operations, we do not charge upfront fees for credit repair services. Instead, we offer a structured approach that provides value upfront while maintaining compliance with federal law.
2. Initial Consultation & Credit Analysis Fee
-
Before engaging in any credit dispute services, clients must first complete a required consultation.
-
This $25 consultation fee covers a personalized credit analysis, financial education, and strategic recommendations.
-
The consultation fee is not a payment for credit repair services, but for reviewing and discussing your financial profile.
-
If you choose to enroll in a credit improvement service after the consultation, the $25 fee will be applied as a credit toward your selected package.
3. Digital Products & Educational Services
To further support clients, Righteous Consultant offers a Credit Coaching Program and Educational Memberships.
These services provide:
-
Access to credit dispute templates and educational resources.
-
Step-by-step guidance on how to improve your credit legally.
-
Personalized financial literacy coaching sessions.
These digital products and memberships are separate from credit repair services and are available for purchase at any time.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
-
All payments for consultations, credit analysis reports, and educational services are non-refundable.
-
Clients must pay in full at the time of booking using Wix Payments only.
-
The $25 consultation fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward future services if the client proceeds.
-
Chargebacks or disputes regarding payments may result in service termination and potential legal action.
5. Service Agreement & Timeline
-
Credit repair services will only begin after the client has completed the consultation process and signed a service agreement.
-
Clients will receive a written agreement outlining the scope of work and their legal rights before any credit repair service starts.
-
We operate in compliance with California laws, including the requirement for a $100,000 surety bond as mandated for credit repair businesses in the state.
6. No Guarantee Disclaimer
While we work diligently to assist clients with improving their credit, Righteous Consultant does not guarantee specific results.
Credit improvement depends on various factors, including creditor cooperation and client financial behavior.
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that no specific outcome is promised and results may vary.
7. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing an educational product, or enrolling in a service with Righteous Consultant, you agree to this CROA-Compliant Payment & Service Policy, No Refund Policy, and Compliance Terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with booking or purchasing services.
