Client Agreement

1. Acknowledgment of Consultation Fee

I acknowledge that I am paying a $25 consultation fee for a credit analysis, financial education, and strategy session, and not for credit repair services. I understand that this fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward future services.

2. No Guarantee Disclaimer

I understand that Righteous Consultant does not guarantee specific credit score increases or account deletions. Credit outcomes depend on various factors, including creditor responses and financial behavior.

3. No Refund Policy

I agree that all payments made to Righteous Consultant are final and non-refundable. I confirm that I have reviewed and accepted the CROA-Compliant Payment & Service Policy.

4. Agreement to Begin Services

I understand that credit repair services will not begin until I sign a separate service agreement after my consultation. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
